Children’s Day Celebration at RBK Global School

Children's Day is celebrated on the 14th of November in India as a tribute to Jawaharlal Nehru, who was born on November 14, 1889. Jawaharlal Nehru was known for his love for children and was fondly called Chacha Nehru or simply Chachaji. Also, known as Bal Divas, the day is celebrated with much zeal and enthusiasm in the country. This day is also celebrated to emphasize on children’s rights and needs. It talks about the importance of the right to education, care, and a safe childhood.

On this special day, children are honored with gifts and chocolates, while different schools across the country organize different events such as games, along with music and dance performances.

In the same way, for RBK global school in Bhayander, it was a day with fun and frolic. The school had organized a special children’s day program, for all the kids. The management presented a light-hearted fun event dedicated to the students. They entertained the students with a puppet show, some fun games, dance, and music. The children were thrilled to get such a beautiful celebration from their teachers. There was excitement in the air and the young ones were full of stories about their special day at school.

Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru once said "The children of today will make the India of tomorrow. The way we bring them up will determine the future of the country".
